  • Account information — When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and (if you sign up with email) a password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, email, and unique Google user ID; we do not receive your Google password.

  • Communications — Messages you send through our support channels.

  • Usage data — Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and referring URLs.
  • Device data — Browser type, operating system, IP address, and screen resolution.

  • Google OAuth — If you choose "Continue with Google," we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from Google. We use this solely to create and authenticate your ReviewNest account.
  • Public review data — We collect publicly available business reviews from supported platforms to provide our analytics service.

  • Authenticate your identity (including via Google OAuth).

ReviewNest's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the openid, profile, and email scopes and use them exclusively for account creation and authentication. We do not use Google data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the Service.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
